The Quality policy implemented by Delrio Trading has made it possible to obtain IFS Food certification for all our Suppliers’ factories in order to meet the level of requirements of the largest retailers and European catering groups.
Food security
Staff training: annual training on hygiene rules and the HACCP approach.
Quality control: compliance with control plans allows us to verify that our production matches the specifications of our customers.
Process control: ensuring compliance with procedures through self-checks and internal audits.

PROCUREMENT PROCESS
Suppliers are selected on the basis of their ability to produce the products we wish to develop with them, in line with our quality and responsiveness criteria. To do this, we ask them to provide us with a certain number of documents (HACCP study, control plan, site plan, certificates, etc.) which are validated on site during an audit.
We draw up specification sheets with our customers. These sheets are the “specifications” for the products to be produced: description, quality criteria, packaging, palletization.
Manufacturing and self-control at the end of production.
- Visual checks: pallet, carton, UVC, product and labeling (report with photos)
- Organoleptic checks: appearance, odor, taste in frozen and cooked state (report)
- Weight controls (report)
- Microbiological controls: FCD criteria
- The same controls as the service provider
- Chemical controls: ABVT, TMA/ABVT, heavy metals, species, nutritional values, etc.

We monitor our products and guarantee perfect traceability control:
- Customer complaint (upward traceability): the batch concerned can be traced back to the production date or DLUO.
- Recall / withdrawal (ascending or descending traceability)
